Position description

The Fulfillment Team is responsible for the timely processing of all Counsyl kits and the maintenance of the warehouse and inventory at HQ. As a Fulfillment Associate you will work with your direct team and cross-functionally with other teams such as Lab, R&D, Facilities, IT, etc. This position is for 40 hours per week and will start off on a contract basis, two weeks at time.

**This is a contractor role**

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for managing inventory, building DNA test collection kits, and processing and shipping orders.
  • Monitor and reorder inventory
  • Assemble complex collection kits
  • Pack, ship, and receive patient and clinic materials
  • Fulfill all orders within 24 hours of receipt
  • Work with a tight-knit team in a fun start-up environment

About you:

  • Ability to work diligently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Always punctual
  • Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 4-6 hours
  • Must be able to read and take direction in English
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
