What You'll Do

  • Work with recruiters, sourcers and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the interview process from start to finish, including: scheduling interviews, arranging travel and managing candidates while onsite
  • Managing and attend interview debriefs
  • Ensure a positive and personable candidate experience with each communication via phone and email
  • Post job openings and become a power user of our applicant tracking software
  • Monitor hiring funnels to ensure candidates are moving through the process with speed/efficiency
  • Work in partnership with recruiters to define processes and qualify candidates across all levels of the org
  • Welcome candidates, give facility tours, manage candidates’ time on-site, escort candidates out, etc. while providing the best possible candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates to solve problems and harvest opportunities (e.g. explore more productivity tools)
  • Submitting background checks and reference check scheduling
  • Offer preparation, which includes coaching users through the various stages of offer approval process in our Applicant Tracking System (Lever) & compensation consultations with Total Rewards and recruiters

Additional Duties

  • Expense Reports through Concur
  • Recruitment Dashboard updating
  • Resolve technical issues for candidates with virtual onsite interviews or presentations
  • Ability to problem-solve and respond to candidate and panelist requests quickly
  • Special projects (based on Business Needs and for Development Opportunities)

About You

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to focus and remain professional in an environment where interruptions are the norm
  • Experience in a client-facing role; prior recruiting experience is ideal but not required
  • Natural hostess/host--excellent communication, people and organizational skills to ensure positive candidate experiences
  • Experience with ATS, Macs, and Google apps is a plus
  • Experience with complicated scheduling required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize in fast paced, hectic situations
  • Track record of identifying recurring issues and addressing their root causes in order to improve efficiencies
