Position description

You are an experienced Administrator that will be responsible for grooming and maintaining our instance. You’re comfortable iterating on customer objects, maintaining applications, launching new initiatives to refine our business processes, and maximizing the utility and effectiveness of for all end users.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, cross-functional team, working on practical challenges and directly contributing to the commercial success of the company.

What you'll do:

  • Maximize the utility and effectiveness of our instance across the organization
  • Maintain applications
  • Ensure data integrity within our database
  • Collaborate with engineering, commercial operations teams and program management on projects related to CRM and third party integrations
  • Maintain reliable uptime/operations, security protocols, user permissions, license management and documentation
  • Tackle complex analytical problems with various teams across the organization
  • First line of defense for our internal sales operations case queue

About you:

  • Certified Administrator
  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Expert knowledge of Visualforce, Salesforce1 platform, SOQL, web services, and best practices a plus
  • Ability to own and execute large scale CRM projects from ideation to completion a plus
  • Engaging team focused personality and service mentality while supporting end users
