You are an experienced Salesforce.com developer and a thought leader in the platform that will be responsible for virtually all aspects of our Salesforce.com instance, including developing and maintaining Force.com applications, launching new initiatives to refine our business processes, and maximizing the utility and effectiveness of Salesforce.com for all end users.

What You'll Do:

  • Your ability to quickly learn new features, technologies, and to communicate effectively with various business owners and technical staff members will help you to design, develop, and configuring cutting edge business solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and program management on architecture design projects related to CRM and third party integrations
  • Responsible for developing through all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical designs, implementation, testing, to production deployments.
  • As a Force.com developer, you must have a solid foundation programming to integrate our Salesforce.com instance with proprietary and third party applications
  • Provide detailed best practices and documentation for your applications.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • SFDC Certified Platform Developer (401)
  • 7+ years working experience plus 3+ years of experience programming efficient and scalable Apex Code and Visualforce code
  • Must have experience using salesforce.com Web Services, security model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter and Force.com product offerings
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and relational databases
  • Experience with database concepts and data modeling capabilities
  • Proven experience in developing scheduled batch jobs, workflows, apex classes, and triggers for RESTful interfaces
  • Must work independently in complex fast paced environment to ensure quality and timeliness of systems information.
  • Preferred
  • Experience developing in an Agile software development environment
  • Experience in Salesforce lightning framework
  • Experience with SFDC Customer/Partner Communities and Portals
  • Extensive integration experience with 3rd party applications
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong Analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
  • Experience with Test-driven Development (TDD)
  • Experience with continuous integration (CI) processes and methodologies
  • Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts
  • SFDC Certified Administrator (201)
